How to cook a frozen lobster tail

I need to do it asap, got a 1lb Jumbo Lobster tail. Currently have it in a bowl of cold water to thaw. How long do I need it to thaw for in cold water before cooking? Preferably looking to bake not boil if possible, thank you chefs!!
