Attemping to get fall off the bone ribs in Ninja foodi

I internally cooked in a pan, then foolishly cooked it at 400 for about 8-12 minutes. Ngl, i eyeballed it but now i realize i should've slow cooked it at a low temp. Can I still do this? Or is the meat pretty much cooked and done?
