Hi everyone, I found this pan and this saucepan in my mother’s kitchen, they where a gift from my grandmother to my mom (they are old!)
They seem to be made out of copper, but they are something-plated on the inside.
What can I cook with them? Steaks (in the pan)? High temperature (like cast iron) o low temp? Do I have to season them?
