I tried making mini semifreddos in silicone molds and they came out very soft. The recipe I tried was: 5 egg yolks, 50g granulated sugar, 100g salted caramel, 5g vanilla paste, 250g whipped cream. My freezer is 0˚F so I don't think it's not cold enough, does anyone know how to make my semifreddos freeze better? Thanks
