I roasted a duck about a week ago. While the drippings and rendered fat was warm, I poured into a Mason jar, put the lid on and put it in my refrigerator, intending to use it to saute some veggies a day later.
As things tend to happen in my house, it got pushed to the back of the fridge and forgotten about until I found it today.
Is it still good/safe to use? How long can it be stored?
