I'm having a homemade mayo problem

I've made home made mayo plenty of times and it's come out well enough. I usually do the eggs, lemon juice, mustard and then oils, like you're suppose to. Well this time wasn't too different, I added seasons to the bottom, eggs, lemon juice, mustard and then while running my emulsion blender, I added the oil, like I have every time. It's not thickening. I have added more oil, I've added more lemon juice and mustard and I've even added another egg. I even moved it into my blender and turned that on to a low 1. What am I doing wrong? I've never had this problem before!
