me thinking more is more, i got a 1/2 pizza steel to make pizzas in my home oven. it can lift it, but im worried it's going to break my oven rack and come crashing down. i can't seem to find "heavy duty" oven racks that would fit my oven. is there anything i can do? should i just get rid of the (brand new) steel? i got it on ebay so shipping it back would kill me probably.
