How would I adjust this chili recipe for a pressure cooker instead of a pot on the stove?

I know the amounts of liquid sometimes change due to how much evaporated in a pressure cooker, and I know the order in which you add things/how you rest things in the pressure cooker to avoid the dreaded “burn” sometimes makes a difference.

Would this still be doable, and what should I do if so?
