Fruit extracts that are good with chocolate?

I'm making chocolate edible cookie dough, and I want to try adding some fruit flavor this time. I'd rather use an extract than fresh fruit. I have lemon and orange extracts at the moment. Would either of those work well with the chocolate, and which do you think would be better? I'm thinking lemon? Would lemon essential oil work instead of lemon extract?
