Does anyone here use Diamond Crystal kosher salt in their home cooking? Is it worth ordering online?
This stuff is literally available nowhere in my city yet I know it to be the gold standard in professional kitchens. Ordering it off Amazon would cost me over $20 with shipping for a 3 pound box!
