I was making a recipe today and had this ingrilli brand organic lemon juice in my fridge. I figured I would use it and then I created the marinade for the chicken with it. It tasted fine.
Only thing is that we opened this lemon juice on Christmas Eve and it tells us that we should eat it within 30 days. Now I've never really done this before as other brands don't say this. The Best buy date is in November. Though the product has been opened since the 25th of December in the refrigerated environment.
Do you think it's safe to use it? I already have the chicken marinating already so it would be a waste of 4 lbs of chicken.
