Should I bake pot pies before freezing them?

Somebody I know has offered to pay me to make him chicken pies. He wants them frozen so that he can just put them in the oven.

My question is: should I bake them before freezing or freeze them without baking?

I’m worried that if I don’t bake them, the uncooked crust may get soggy. I’m also worried that if I do bake them, the crust will burn before it fully thaws in the oven.
