Hi, I need to make lambchops that wow the crowd, ive narrowed it down to two recipes. Both are pretty different in terms of cook time and when they are breaded. So, being amateur home cook i wanted to know your thoughts, if you had to choose one which which would have the highest chance of winning with the crowd in your opinion ( i know this is subjective which is why i said highest chance in your opinion)
