Is my Wok okay to use?

I got a carbon steel wok around a year ago and used it a couple times. I don’t think I properly seasoned it and I also tried to clean with soap and water (ik, rule one on what nOT to do) I’m just not sure if it’s okay to use (I used vinegar and baking soda on it as well to clean rust). Can I reseason it and go about cooking or should I buy a new one?
