So, I've done the thing where you use baking powder to help crisp wings up when not using a deep fryer. I'd like to do it again, but the recipe in using involves a wet marinade. How can I use baking powder with the same effect? The marinade is just superfine sugar and fish sauce. I'm wondering if I could just add it to the marinade or after during a short drying process.
Edit: powder, not soda.
