Will my enchiladas become soggy sitting assembled in the fridge 2 days before serving a group? Any tips?
Due to logistics, I’d like to assemble enchiladas verdes in a casserole dish on Thursday evening, but won’t bake and serve them until Saturday evening so it’ll stay in fridge for 2 days. Will the enchiladas become too soggy after 2 days in the fridge? Any other recommended methods?
