How many oz of shredded cheddar cheese do I need for recipe that calls for 7 cups of shredded cheddar cheese? I am confused because I thought one cup equals 8oz, but I read that for shredded cheese it is actually only 4 oz. Which one is right so I know how many packages to buy? Thanks.
