How do I clean these stains on my stainless steel pot?

I made some Japanese curry in my Instapot and found these stains at the bottom after cleaning: https://imgur.com/a/IbBOH0b

I tried scrubbing with soap and water for a while but they refuse to go away. They also are along the walls of the pot too.
