How to cook hash patties from frozen.

I'm looking for the best way to cook these patties from frozen. I basically take an entire leftover turkey dinner smash it up in a bowl and make patties out to fry with some flour for batter, they are a little soft and don't stay together unless your careful. Is there something I could put in them to keep them together in a patty? I also froze a bunch of them and was wondering what the best way to cook them would be, cook from frozen or thaw? They do tend to call apart while cooking when fresh.
