I was wondering if marinating a boneless short rib would make it tender enough to cook it like a regular steak. I know the Argentineans and the Koreans grill short ribs but I really wanted to serve them like a steak because of the incredible marbling the cut has. Would marinating a boneless short rib be enough to make it tender?
