Beginner here, no baking knowledge at ALL. I made some cookies one time but that’s about it. I need a good banana bread recipe OR, should I make it from a box??? I assume from scratch is better??
I loveeeee when it’s soft and mushy and has lots of bananas. Not a fan of the firm “breadlike” banana bread.
I also only have a 10x7 pan or an 8x8 pan????
