Non-Dairy heavy cream substitutes for creamy soups

Soup season is upon us by my wife is lactose-intolerant. I’m looking to experiment with some different veggies along with the box (~1000 ml) of stock/broth and carton (~500 ml) of heavy cream as my liquid base.

I’ve used coconut milk in the past, but if I remember correctly that added a pretty distinct taste. Any suggestions?
