Hey just a quick question, whenever I see pizza dough in videos, the dough is ridiculously smooth looking. My pizzas turn out but the dough never looks smooth as it's rising. The ball looks ...rough for lack of a better descriptor. Recipe:
- 3 1/3 C bread flour
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 1/2 C warm water
- 1 1/4 oz Yeast
Using a KitchenAid mixer, then I hand mix after it pulls away from the mixer. Just not kneading enough?
