Non-stick coating of my pan came off and got on my hands. IT WON’T COME OFF MY HANDS

Please help!!!!

I got my pans too hot for too long with oil in them do the non-stick coating came off. Long story short there’s a thin layer of tacky sticky awfullness all over my hands and it will not come off.

I have tried vinegar, oil, soap, GoJo, intense scrubbing, hot water, and nothing has worked.

I’ve tried googling it but all the articles are about how to get it off your pan and not your hands.

I’m at a complete loss, please help if you know how to get this horrible stuff off
