I am currently in the process of brining some pork to make a Roast Mojo Pork (following [this recipe from The Chef Show]https://thechefshow.com/recipes/roast-mojo-pork for the first time (it's very fun).
However I was wondering if there is any way to make use of the brine after it's been used: given the ingredients, it seems it could be a tasty output. For example, is it possible to somehow reduce down the brine into a sauce? However, I don't know if this is viable or if there are any techniques that could be applied to do this.
