hi! i was wondering if anyone had any clue as to what this dessert could be, google isn’t helping at all.
my boss is bulgarian and she made this dessert that was super similar to a bread pudding. it was sweet, definitely had some type of doughy/bready thing in it, and was moist. she said it was called “bisket” (not correct spelling) but that it wasn’t “biscuit” as in an american biscuit. a ukrainian and a russian coworker both said they heard of it, but didn’t really know exactly what was in it so i’m guessing it’s from that area? any ideas would be so helpful, thank you :)
