I have a leftover pork loin (whole) from a large bbq. How would you recommend reheating without drying it out?
I was considering turning into stir fry on the Blackstone, braising it in the oven or putting it into the pressure cooker for a few minutes?
It was originally cooked in a crockpot using an Asian marinade.
What would you do?
