I work at a bar that goes through a LOT of BS maraschino cherries, and I dump out probably three litres of the juice/syrup every week.
I don't need your fervent opinion on bright red candy cherries. I know it already. I agree with it.
I am curious, however, if there is a way to spin gold from hay with the juice! More out of curiosity than anything else.
