it takes us about 6-7 hours of cooking on med-high flame with stirring every 5 minutes for our tomato sauce to get good, we need to come in quite early to prep this..
what other methods are ideal for cooking tomato sauce that have less maintenance? we've tested the oven multiple times but it never gets as much caramelization even after 8-10 hours.
