So this Thursday I’m gonna be cooking a nice steak dinner for a girl that’s coming over and would like some advice for it. I have pretty base line cooking knowledge and I can sear a steak on a grill and such but I’m kind of looking for help with sides for it. I’m looking for something to impress her that’s not going to be overly complex. If anyone has some advice it would be appreciated. I will also take advice for the steak too if you have a recommendation for how to prepare it. (T-bone steak btw)
