Stainless steel vs Alluminium sheet trays?

I'm in the market for some new sheet trays, likely a couple bakers quarter sheets and one half sheet. I like to buy something once where possible. However I've never used alluminium cookware before and I'm wondering if it could have problems...

Main concern is durability, are these likely to warp/get very scratched up over time?

I've heard alluminium isn't dishwasher safe, is this firm or just recommended? I'm curious what damage the dishwasher would have to a sheet tray.
