I'm looking for a cookbook I had years ago, some time between '95 and 2000. It was a slim, small book and featured grain-based recipes such as anadama bread and steel-cut oats pudding
I thought it might have been by Jeff Smith, but I don't see such a book in his bibliography.
Long shot, anybody have or remember this book and can tell me the author?
