So I cooked some chicken thighs I put salt, pepper, Dijon mustard, honey, lemon juice, ginger powder, garlic powder, onion powder and paprika. The taste was very faint how comes like I really had to pay attention to the chicken to taste the seasoning what did I do wrong ?
For 2kg of chicken thigh I used 2 teaspoon of salt
