I need regular pasteurized dairy for cheese and yogurt (raw milk is not legal in my state). I've been able to find ultra-pasteurized and grade A pasteurized dairy, but I haven't been able to find if grade A pasteurized can be ultra-pasteurized. I feel like the answer is more simple than I'm making it, but I'd like to know for sure before I invest in the materials.
