What are your most atypical or unique tapas that you have made or eaten?

Hi,

I am going on a Duffy Boat ride and everyone is bringing tapas. I am trying to figure what to bring but am feeling a bit disenchanted and wanted to try something new.

I am looking for atypical or unique tapas/small bite options that are suitable for a boat ride, I wont have access to keep things warm beyond wrapping in foil or throwing in a cooler. Very messy foods wouldn't be appropriate, though if it gets in your mouth in one bite who cares :)
