My daughter brought home a jar of black truffle sauce for me from Italy. I opened it about 2 months ago to use a little, then kep in in the fridge. I wanted to us some tonight, but am unsure if it is still ok to eat. The date is for 2024, but I’m unsure if that is only for unopened sauce.
