melted vegan pie crust :(

I tried making Claire Saffitz' flaky pie dough, but with the coconut oil variation. I've followed each step, as far as I can tell. I just popped it in the oven (425F) to par bake and after 7 min I looked in on it and the sides have entirely pulled in, it looks like a pancake. Seems quite oily/soggy. I had foil and beans on top. What did I do wrong and can this be salvaged? I'm assuming even if I let it cool, there's no way to get flaky layers anymore ... Right? Thanks for your help! (Not to worry, I've sent my husband for a grocery store crust to salvage pi-day!)
