I picked this lamb up at Aldi the other day to make for dinner and I’m struggling to figure out the best way to cook it as most thighs online are for lamb chops or leg of lamb. It’s already seasoned so I don’t need to worry about that, just the method and cook time. I have an oven, stove, air fryer, instant pot, and a countertop grill/griddle.
