Really into brining chicken atm. I love how the entire portion of meat is flavourful, not just the exterior. However, will adding spices or herbs etc change the flavour of the entire piece of meat, or just the exterior, like a marinade? If the latter, are there any ingredients that penetrate meat as much as salt?
