I am cooking tomorrow for some friends, but won’t have much time after work to prep. Can I do my breading today?
I don’t go crazy. I start with seasoned breadcrumbs and add a bit more (garlic powder, oregano and grated parmagiano regiano cheese). I just do egg and then breadcrumbs. Then I fry it in olive oil. Would it be ok to bread them a day early? If so, do I need to do anything different when cooking?
