Hello, internet chefs! My wife recently got me a tortilla press for my birthday, and I've tried making some a few times since. Each time though, they come out thick and puffy, but still a bit foldable.
I'm using the pre-made flour tortilla mix you can get at the store, should I make my own? Or is corn a better option? I was going to get corn mix instead, but was afraid they'd be harder to make.
