Is it necessary to peel chicken feet skin for bone broth? I’m on a time crunch. Please help. Pic included.

So I’ve read some stuff on the Internet about peeling the skin from chicken feet but it was described as yellow. It said it may contain feathers, poop, dirt, etc. But the chicken feet I got don’t seem to have any yellow skin. just blancher them in some boiling water for 10 minutes and I’m attempting to peel whatever this layer of skin off is but it’s really hard to do so. Can I throw them in the instant pot just like this?
