how to incorporate black sesame to a cheesecake

So I've been thinking to make a cheesecake with black sesame, ot would be a raw one, with mascarpone and heavy cream as a base for the batter. I thought about 2 options to incorporate the black sesame; First one is to blend the toasted black sesame seeds with the heavy cream or the mascarpone cheese. Second thought is to basically make a black tahini and substitube heavy cream with it. What are your thoughts?
