Spices for Chicken for dish from Guadeloupe

Hi,

Newish cook here. Trying to track down what kind of spices they use in Guadeloupe for a chicken filling for a dish they call a Bokit.

It's a fried bread they fill with a spicy chicken. If it was an Indian dish, I would use ginger/garlic, turmeric, garam masala, chilli powder, chaat masala, cumin, coriander.

What would they use in Guadeloupe?

Open to experiment.
