So I want a dehydrator to make my own spices and to dry out mushrooms I pick myself. I'm super unfamiliar with dehydrators. I was wondering how much the quality can differ? I'd like to buy a cheaper one but was wondering what your experiences are? Can I get the cheap plastic one without the results being much different than a hefty metal one?
