okay so sorry if the title makes no sense lol i'm tired but i bought some minced beef on tuesday the 23rd, its expiry date is the 26th so like 3 days ago but i froze it the day i got home hoping to use it yesterday (saturday) but i completely forgot to defrost it.... so today (sunday) , i defrosted it on my kitchen sink then stuck it in the fridge after it defrosted a little to use it tomorrow (monday) when i come home from work. will it still be okay to use? it still looks perfectly fine but i get abit cautious when cooking meat thats gone past its expiry date and i defrost it.
