This year is my first to host my in-laws for the holidays. I’m a pescatarian but the rest of the family is not. We will have fish for the main entree—a nice macadamia-encrusted halibut that my husband makes. My question is, how to form a sophisticated menu around this that isn’t too difficult to make but that will pair well with the fish. Most holiday recipes have flavors best suited for ham, birds, pork.
I will have a cornbread mushroom and leek dressing, per request by the husband, but as for the other sides, I’m willing to try anything. Thanks in advance!
