So, I work for a distillery and made the mistake of crafting the perfect eggnog. I thought I’d sell a couple dozen pours each week. No big deal. Whelp, we’ve been going through 30 gallons a week and it take 2.5 hours per 5 gallons. 30 gallons means separating 24 dozen eggs. I’ve see videos of the egg slides but I can’t find any for sale online. I also have to keep it below $400. Help
