Why does this yogurt brand have both skimmed milk and cream in its ingredients

Dumb question but why was this yogurt brand (called Light & Free) use skimmed milk if its going to add cream back? Genuinely asking. And what does light and free refer to? Genuinely asking coz it tastes heavier than 3.5% yogurt
