I’ve been tasked with planning a meal at a themed party. The Theme is “haunted Christmas.”
Im thinking a roasted beef tenderloin with a cherry rosemary sauce (colored red like blood) for the entree, and an apple crisp with a collection of “poisoned” candies apple pieces for dessert.
Not sure what to do for salad, sides, etc yet.
My big question here is: Does anyone know of any resources for theme meal planning? I guess probably leaning toward presentation side of things but also focusing on recipe/flavor profiles as well.
